Eco-3 CESCL training meets the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying (OSBEELS) registration renewal requirements for Continuing Professional Development and will count for 8 (Re-certification) and 16 (New Certification) Professional Development Hours (PDH).
